this is mostly downstream of the specific mind viruses I've been around in the last ten years and says more about me than anything else. but i remember a year or two ago looking for scotus podcasts, seeing 5-4 and Strict Scrutiny and passing them over in favor of Oral Argument and Divided Argument and National Security Law and I have never seen any comments on those podcasts that make me regret it.
